MG-60A SERIES
JACK Automatic Machine MG-60A
Electronically controlled machine for sewing large elements according to a programmed sewing pattern 600 x 400 mm.
The machine is used for multiple sewing a repeatable pattern, sew on labels, Velcro, emblems and sew on pockets, flaps, zip fasteners and other items. The machine can also be used in the production of quilted jackets, coats, quilts or mattresses. Equipped with a servo motor built into the machine head (Direct Drive system) and stepping motors. The machine is applicable to various materials and operations, is easy to use and applied solutions couse as special skills are not require from the operator.
All sewing parameters can be programmed on a clear, touch-screen operation panel. The created patterns can be saved in the internal memory of the machine (available memory for 999 patterns) or an external USB memory.
The space is small: 1200mm x 1535mm (1300mm after folding), the two sewing ranges can be switched freely: just move the X beam to the left or rightaccording to the range mark, you can switch the two sewing ranges, when change to sew a smaller area, you can put down the folding table to save space.
The machine head inherits the Jack DNA family design, German industrial design, excellent workmanship, the details are extremely, simple,atmospheric, surrounded by three sides of the frame, the whole machine is beautiful.
The operation screen is consistent with Jack’s family appearance. The whole machine is integrated, and the surrounding is seamlessly connected with the machine. The ultimate cooperation, the three – color button on the operation screen-emergency stop, pressure frame, start design, easy to operate efficiently.
The central presser foot act concert with the needle perfectly, when the needle go up and leaves the material, the central pressure foot can also press the down fabric, preventing the down being taken out with needle, preventing problems such as leakage of down and loose and start sewing slip thread.
Double moving knife reduce the residual thread end under fabric. Thread end is less than 4mm. It does not need to be trimmed twice, saving labor cost.
Remote maintenance, software updating, pattern transit and processing information are realized.
