JK-8009VC – High-speed six-barreled industrial sewing machine with chain stitch technique.
Designed for processing belts on knitted fabrics, for example, in tracksuits. Since the machine sews in two threads, twelve threads are used respectively. The inter-needle distance here is 6.4 mm. The rise of the foot is twelve millimeters in order to conveniently place the elastic on the product to which it will be sewn.
The machine is easy to configure and operate, adapted to work for one operator. The width of the overlay can be adjusted from 1.4 mm to 3.6 mm.
This series is equipped with an automatic gear lubrication system. Thanks to the built-in mini-pump, oil is automatically supplied in the required quantity to even the most inaccessible parts.
